Michael co-founded and became Managing Director of AIP BOESS Ltd in April 2010.
AIP BOESS manages and operates a portfolio of commercial interests along the Agriculture and Food Value Chain.
He leads an impressive team tasked with the mandate of hitting ambitious commercial targets and the attendant positive social impact the company will have in the communities it operates in.
Michael has a strong background in sales and marketing having previously worked within the Pharma Industry – Innovex, Ciba-Geigy and Bristol Myers Squibb which includes International trade. He is also a Director and board member of Foods & Organics Trading a farm and foods company based in The Gambia.
Michael holds an Economics degree from University of Leicester and a Post Graduate degree in Computer Sciences from University of Wales, Aberystwyth.
He is married with children and has a keen interest in Sports and Politics.
Deputy Managing Director
Titi was invited to serve as the Deputy Managing Director of AIP BOESS in February 2016.
AIP BOESS manages and operates a portfolio of commercial interests along the Agriculture Value Chain.
She is responsible for the integration and positioning of the organization as a key player within the socio-agro economic landscape in Africa, particularly in the area of agro commodity export and the development of our business operations in the food processing sector.
Titi has developed her skills as an ideas generator and business liaison executive in corporate business marketing, merchandising and human resource training.
She also serves as a director at Business Drivers Ltd, a human capital development and corporate set-up consultancy.
She is a post graduate level degree holder of the University of Lagos, Nigeria and also a keen scholar and teacher of God’s word.
Zarah Sallah became a Director at AIP BOESS in December 2015, and has played a crucial role in expanding AIP BOESS’s interest in the West African region.
Zarah’s role is to bring our business plans and ambitions to life through her immense contacts in Africa and the Middle East. She continues to add value to our trading business and advancing investment opportunities with prospective stakeholders and partners.
Zarah Sallah’s experience in business and global diplomacy is immense. She has worked extensively in Africa and the Middle East. She is also currently the Managing Director of Foods and Organics Trading a farm and foods business based in The Gambia, United Kingdom and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Rachel has been involved in the AIP BOESS story since inception and is a co-founder.
Today, working out of the UK and Canada, she organises our investment profile. Rachel presents our business plans to prospective investors and continues to be responsible for identifying investment and operational partners for AIP BOESS.
Rachel has worked in investment banking in New York and London. She brings to our team impressive global contacts and strong management experience gained from her time as Brand Director in the Pharmaceutical Industry with Astra Zeneca.
Rachel holds an Economics Degree from Leicester University is happily married with children.
