You are expected to read our terms and conditions before you register. After we receive your interest through registration, you will be sent an invoice.

You will also be sent this document to remind you of our terms and conditions as well as some of what we expect from you.

Please pay attention to the items that are paid for with your package andimportantly, what we do not pay for.

Please attend to the terms on your invoice.

You are expected to make payment before your place is confirmed.

We are only able to travel with a set number of delegates and we operate a ‘first come, first served’ system.

You are NOT confirmed if we do not receive at least a deposit for your package.

We will communicate with you regularly and prepare you for your trip.

First of all, you must have at least six months before the date of travel left before your passport expires. Please make sure your passport still has six months before expiry BEFORE you book/register.

You need a Schengen visa (amongst other requirements) before you can travel to Spain.

We are able to assist you with this because we have a relationship with the Spanish Consulate.

However, please NOTE, we do not make the decision as to whether you are granted a visa or not. This decision is made exclusively by the Spanish consulate. Because our Trade Mission is known by them, it is an advantage BUT not a guarantee.

You will be charged NGN100,000 for us to support and assist with your application.

This fee is non-refundable and includes all the visa fees.

If you are not granted a visa, we will refund your payment for the trip but NOT the visa fee – that is non-refundable.

If your visa is not granted, we will return your payment MINUS $100, which is a processing charge.

The world of travel has changed because of the COVID pandemic.

We will advice you of the COVID requirements to enter Spain. And the requirements to return to Nigeria at the end of our trip and mission.

We will assist you BUT it is your responsibility to comply. This will include completing the Spanish entry form requirements from Spanish Health.

You will need to take a COVID test that must be negative before you can travel. We will advice you when and where to take the test. It is your responsibility to comply.

It is your responsibility to pay for these tests. We do not pay for your COVID Test.

To re-enter Nigeria, you will need to complete the online entry form on the Nigerian portal. We will assist you BUT it is your responsibility to comply. It will require you to take a COVID test in Spain. We will book the tests for you and take you to the hospital that administers the test. The cost of doing the test in Spain is approximately €90. WE WILL not pay for this test, it is your responsibility to make payment to the hospital for your test.

If you fail the COVID test in Nigeria, we will offer you a seat on the next Trade Mission. If you want a refund, we will issue a refund after 30 days and we will deduct $500 because we would have made payments on your behalf that we cannot recover for 30 days and would include deductions. We strongly advice that you get a seat on the next Trade Mission.

If you fail the COVID Test in Spain, you will become a ward of Spanish Health. You will subject to the quarantine protocols in Spain by the Spanish Government. You will be quarantined at a hotel facility. We will not bear the cost. Our Spanish office will assist where we can BUT we cannot make payments on your behalf and there is a limit to our assistance beyond general translating what the Spanish Health authorities tell you.

The incidence of COVID infections in Spain is falling and is now very low. You will also be travelling in a bubble of delegates that are negative from Nigeria. We have not had an incident of anyone failing the test in Spain. You are generally safe.

To confirm your booking, please pay attention to the terms as stated on your invoice.

Generally, and as a minimum, we require a deposit of $1,500 for the Gold Package and $2,125 for the GoldPlus package. We encourage you to make full payment.

You must pay the remainder of your invoice as stated on your invoice.

You will loose your deposit if you do not complete your payment. In some instances, if you are not able to complete your payment, we may offer you a seat on the next Trade Mission. It is unlikely that we will refund your deposit because we make payments on your behalf as soon as you make a deposit payment.

WHAT WE DO NOT PAY FOR!

1. We do not pay for any COVID test
2. We do not pay for your Travel Insurance – although we will assist you with service providers.
3. We do not pay for lunch or dinners when you are in Spain – although some of the facilities we visit may offer snacks and lunch or dinner – but this is not promised.
4. We do not pay for leisure trips – we will make suggestions on sight seeing and if the delegates wish to partake in leisure trips, you will have to pay for this. We will advice you of the cost

Nearly all the cost of your trip is in foreign currency.

The Naira is not stable against these currencies, so you are expected to pay for your trip into our domiciliary account at Zenith Bank and as instructed by your Invoice.

If you do want to pay for your trip in Naira, we will issue you with a Naira invoice, which will be the parallel market rate plus 15%. We strongly advice that you pay in US$ as instructed on your invoice.

We do collect the visa fee and visa assistance fee in Naira – this is because we pay this fee and undertake the administration in Nigeria.
